Junior Florist


We are hiring a Junior Florist to join our team in Manama. As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting senior florists with creating and arranging floral designs for various events and occasions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. No prior experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training. Accommodation and a free visa and ticket will also be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in creating and arranging floral designs
- Prepare flowers by trimming stems, removing thorns, and arranging them in vases
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Communicate with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Help with setting up floral displays for events such as weddings, parties, or funerals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for flowers and creativity in floral design
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior florists
