Barber for a Busy Salon in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are a busy salon in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait seeking an experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide hair cutting and grooming services to clients of all ages and hair types
- Consult with clients to understand their desired style and recommend suitable services
- Keep up-to-date with current hairstyles and trends
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of barber station and tools
- Manage appointments, walk-in clients, and waitlist effectively
- Upsell salon products and services to clients when appropriate
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barber or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of various haircutting techniques and styles
- Great attention to detail for precise haircuts and grooming services
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed

Salary: 1800 USD per month (tax-free)
Visa: Free visa provided by employer
Ticket: One-way ticket provided by employer
Nationality: Indian preferred
Language: English (Arabic is a plus)
