Carpenter - Skilled Craftsman for Construction Projects (Ar Rumaythiyah, Saudi Arabia)

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and measurements
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim according to specifications
- Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, roofs, and stairways
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety procedures when operating equipment or working on scaffolds
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects and engineers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment such as saws, drills, sanders etc.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques including framing, roofing, finishing etc.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects etc.
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Valid work permit or visa for Saudi Arabia
