Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team in Hawalli. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ and includes accommodation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking authentic Indian dishes and be able to create new and innovative menu items. Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or hotel is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing inventory and food costs, and training and supervising kitchen staff.
