Construction Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a contract job in Bayan, responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the Indian market. Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members. Duties include creating project plans, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project. Fluency in English is not required but is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the construction industry. Candidates with their own visa are preferred. Salary is 1600$ per month.
