Barista - Specialty Coffee Maker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Hawalli. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee and specialty drinks for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew
- Create and serve specialty drinks, such as matcha lattes and mochas
- Ensure consistent quality in each drink by following proper brewing techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while taking orders and handling payments
- Learn about different types of beans, roasts, and brewing methods to educate customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Train new employees on proper coffee-making techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various brewing methods, latte art skills is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in drink preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Free visa sponsorship and flight tickets will be provided.

Location:
This position is located in Hawalli but we welcome applicants from all over India. No English language proficiency is required.
