Floral Assistant


We are hiring a talented and creative Floral Assistant to join our team at our flower shop in Ar Rumaythiyah. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled florist who is passionate about creating beautiful floral arrangements and has experience working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Floral Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head florist with various tasks such as arranging flowers, processing orders, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive high-quality floral arrangements that exceed their expectations.

We are seeking someone with previous experience working as a florist and has knowledge of different types of flowers and plants. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

This position is suitable for both experienced florists looking for a part-time job or freshers who are passionate about learning the trade. As this role does not require English proficiency, it is open to Indian nationals living in Ar Rumaythiyah.

Main responsibilities:
- Assisting the head florist with arranging flowers and creating beautiful bouquets
- Processing orders from customers and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining inventory and ordering new supplies when needed
- Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries and taking special requests
- Ensuring the shop is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a florist
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Indian nationality preferred (not mandatory)
- Must be able to work without accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
