Machine Operator - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


A leading manufacturing company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. We are looking for an Indian national who is fluent in English and has experience in operating machines in a production environment.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery according to production specifications. Your duties will include monitoring machine operations, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment. You should have strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain production logs and records
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred
