We are a reputable industrial engineering company based in Lusail, Qatar, seeking an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position is open to all nationalities.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs. You will also be involved in developing and implementing quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement efficient solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Conduct time studies and create work standards for production operations
- Develop training programs for employees on new processes or equipment
- Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Identify potential safety hazards and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation. This position also requires the candidate to have their own visa.
