Pastry Chef - Ar-Ruwais, UAE



As a Pastry Chef at our high-end restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, UAE, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. We are seeking a talented and creative individual with a passion for pastry making to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new recipes for pastries, desserts, and baked goods that align with the restaurant's brand and menu offerings
- Prepare all pastry items according to established recipes and presentations standards
- Ensure that all ingredients used are fresh, of high quality, and in compliance with food safety standards
- Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of pastries to the restaurant's kitchen
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in proper techniques, procedures, and hygiene practices
- Manage inventory of pastry supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items or special event menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Extensive knowledge of various baking techniques and methods for creating different types of pastries and desserts
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: 1100$ per month.
Please note that this is a full-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
