Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and construction of various building projects in Ar Rumaythiyah. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project teams and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a degree in construction management or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects. Indian nationality preferred.

Salary: $1300 per month.
