Machine Operator (Contract) - Muharraq, Bahrain

We are a leading manufacturing company in Muharraq, Bahrain and we are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machines including but not limited to lathes, grinders, drills, and mills. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and ensuring they are running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to use various measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one
