Our flower shop in Muharraq, Bahrain is seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies to ensure high quality products are available at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering suggestions based on their preferences
- Manage daily operations of the flower shop including cleaning, organizing displays, and processing payments
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new designs and stay updated on current floral trends
- Handle phone and online orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy in details and delivery instructions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, greens, and other plant materials used in arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail with strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with unique designs that meet client's preferences
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Flexibility in work schedule including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation in Muharraq. Additionally, we provide opportunities for growth within our company.
