Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our busy and popular restaurant in Muharraq. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our customers have a positive and enjoyable dining experience. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$. We are looking for someone with prior experience in the restaurant industry and who is able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or issues promptly
- Train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality and timely food preparation
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor expenses and maintain budget goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both employees and customers
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have visa sponsorship or be eligible to obtain one quickly
