Urgent Construction Manager (Contract) in Muharraq, Bahrain


We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager for an urgent contract position in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects according to budget and timeline
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Manage construction budgets and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for best prices
- Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and contractors
- Address any issues that arise during construction in a timely manner
- Ensure quality control of work throughout the project

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
