We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules and budgets and ensure that they are adhered to
- Source materials, equipment, and labor needed for each project
- Oversee all aspects of construction including site preparation, building permits, subcontractor management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to address them in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Procore
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided for the selected candidate.
