Construction Project Manager
A construction project manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. They are responsible for managing a team of construction workers and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Oversee the hiring and management of construction workers
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of workers
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure projects are completed accurately according to specifications
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Muharraq
