Sales Manager - Muharraq, Bahrain
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Muharraq region. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and profitability through effective management of the sales team and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Train, motivate and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess individual and team performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Prepare reports on sales results, market trends, and team performance for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Muharraq region
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
