Part-Time Administrator


We are urgently seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Muharraq. This role will require the candidate to work 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be discussed during the interview process. As an administrator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, managing supplies and inventory, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Keep track of expenses and prepare budget reports
- Liaise with vendors for office needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position. The successful candidate will also have visa sponsorship provided by our company. This role does not include accommodation.
