Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects in Al-Malikiyah. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating construction activities, monitoring progress, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and managing budgets and schedules. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising contractors, negotiating contracts, and obtaining necessary permits and licenses. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own visa to work in Al-Malikiyah. Freshers with relevant education or experience are welcome to apply.

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Al-Malikiyah, Country: Preference for local or regional candidates

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Own visa to work in Al-Malikiyah (required)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction activities according to project requirements
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time within budget
- Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise
- Hire contractors/subcontractors based on project needs and supervise their work
- Negotiate contracts with vendors/suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Obtain necessary permits/licenses for projects
- Communicate with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
