Office Assistant
We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer calls and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
