Contract Surveyor (Al-Malikiyah, Syria)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
- Gather and analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Prepare detailed maps, sketches, and reports based on survey findings
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and calculations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide survey data for project planning and design
- Verify the accuracy of existing land records and make necessary adjustments
- Keep accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients or regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, techniques, and equipment
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or discrepancies in data
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
