Waiter (Contract) - Al-Malikiyah, Syria


We are seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented Waiter to join our team on a contract basis in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set up for new guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Process payments accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a waiter or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
