Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties in Al-Malikiyah. Your primary duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing and replacing damaged fixtures, painting, and general carpentry work. You will also be responsible for completing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning gutters, and inspecting heating and cooling systems.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of various hand and power tools, as well as basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills are essential for this role as you may need to interact with clients to understand their specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning gutters, and inspecting heating and cooling systems
- Fix plumbing and electrical issues
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures
- Paint walls and perform general carpentry work
- Respond to service calls for repairs or maintenance requests
- Keep track of materials used for repairs or replacements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs
- Keep accurate records of completed tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Malikiyah (local candidates preferred)
