Job Title: Administrator in Al-Malikiyah
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As the administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the organization.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Keep track of expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with human resource tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle any other administrative duties assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ USD per month.

This position is based in Al-Malikiyah. The candidate must be willing to relocate if not currently living in the city.
