Waiter/Waitress


A well-established restaurant in Bayan, Kuwait is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. We are looking for a Malayalee candidate with or without experience in the food and beverage industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints effectively
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Preferably Malayalee nationality, but not required
- 12th pass or equivalent education level
- No English language skills required (must be able to communicate with customers)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
