We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Bayan. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with a biometric passport and fluent in English. This is a temporary position, perfect for those looking for short-term job opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new and exciting menu items based on seasonal ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Oversee inventory management and cost control measures
- Maintain sanitation standards and ensure kitchen equipment is in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Proficient in Malayalam and English
- Biometric passport preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable)
