Job Title: UX Designer

We are hiring a creative and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Al-Khor. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
- Implement UI/UX best practices and ensure consistency across all digital platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and design processes
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with visa sponsorship for all nationalities. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
