Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights on market trends
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Salary: 1400$ per month (tax-free)

Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in the same industry is preferred)
