Baker - Indian Cuisine (Contract) - Dubai


As a renowned bakery in Dubai, we are seeking an experienced Baker specializing in Indian cuisine to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about creating delicious Indian baked goods and who is looking for a short-term employment opportunity.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position.

This position is based in the bustling city of Dubai, known for its modern architecture, luxury shopping, and vibrant culture. Our bakery is located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible from all areas.

Profession:
We are looking for a skilled Baker who specializes in Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have experience working with traditional Indian ingredients and techniques to create a variety of baked goods such as naan, samosas, and various Indian breads. Knowledge of different regional cuisines within India would be an added advantage.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- No English language proficiency required
- Must have previous experience working as a Baker
- Ability to work without accommodation provided
- Suitable for male candidates only

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian baked goods according to traditional recipes
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Certificate or diploma in Baking or Culinary Arts would be preferred but not required
- Previous experience working as a Baker specializing in Indian cuisine is essential

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with flexible working hours. The selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week, with one day off. As this is a bakery, the work environment can be hot and fast-paced. However, our team is supportive and works together to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
