Merchandiser - Al-Kuwait (Pakistani Nationals)



We are currently seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, suitable for men with prior experience in merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as buyers, suppliers, and store managers
- Conduct market research to identify latest trends and customer preferences
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment and pricing
- Ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in stores
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Monitor competitor activity and make necessary adjustments to stay competitive

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability through effective merchandising strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Must have own visa for Kuwait or be willing to obtain one
