Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, interpreting data, and creating accurate maps and reports. You will also be responsible for measuring and marking boundaries, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying equipment and software
- Familiarity with local land laws and regulations
- Ability to interpret data and create accurate maps
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Measure and mark boundaries according to legal documents
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data
- Interpret data to determine property boundaries and elevations
- Prepare legal documents for property transactions
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers or architects
- Provide training and guidance to junior surveyors

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
