Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As an English-speaking individual, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Coordinate with different departments and assist in various projects
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
Salary: 1700$ per month.
