Executive Chef - African Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef who specializes in African cuisine to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation and presentation of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality and authentic African dishes. Your duties will include creating menus, training kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and food costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for African cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant. This role requires English proficiency and the ability to work without accommodation. Freshers with relevant culinary training will also be considered.
