Indian Chef in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


As an Indian Chef in Jeddah, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious Indian dishes for our customers. You will need to have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to create authentic flavors and dishes. Your role will also involve managing the kitchen staff and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and customer requests
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and overseeing their work
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
- Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure kitchen is well-stocked at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other chefs and staff to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Deep understanding of Indian cuisine, techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to create authentic Indian dishes with traditional recipes or your own twist
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates who are already living in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

Note:
This job does not require fluency in English as our customers are mainly from the Indian community. However, basic communication skills in English would be beneficial for collaborating with other staff members. We welcome all nationalities but preference will be given to candidates from India due to their expertise in Indian cuisine.
