Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality service, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
