Office Clerk
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Maintain accurate records of documents and invoices
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed
- Assist in organizing meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for this role
- Must have a valid visa allowing them to work in Dukhan
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$. Students or individuals with own visas are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is required.
