Waiter/Waitress - Indian/African National, Ajman, UAE

We are currently hiring experienced and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a busy restaurant in Ajman. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Indian or African nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a timely manner
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and drinks to customers according to their preferences
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Process bill payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
