Senior Waiter


We are hiring a Senior Waiter to join our team in Ajman. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and possess exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure proper table settings and maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and courtesy
- Train new waitstaff on company policies, procedures, and menu items
- Monitor stock levels of supplies such as linens, glassware, and cutlery
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments using cash or credit cards as per company guidelines
- Follow all food safety regulations to maintain high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends

Salary:
AED 1400 per month
