Speech Therapist

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have speech, language, and communication difficulties. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve speech and language skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. We welcome Indian candidates who are passionate about helping others and have a desire to work in the field of speech therapy. No previous experience is required for this role as training will be provided. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will also be provided for the selected candidate.

As a Speech Therapist, your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial assessments to identify any speech or language disorders.
- Creating personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their needs.
- Providing individual or group therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
- Collaborating with other professionals such as teachers, doctors, and parents to ensure effective treatment.
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Educating patients and their families on techniques to improve communication skills.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field.
- Valid license or registration as a Speech Therapist.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi proficiency is an asset).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic nature with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
