Caregiver for Elderly Patients



We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide care for elderly patients in our facility in Ajman. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month, and we welcome applicants of Indian nationality. No English language skills are necessary for this position.

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting elderly patients with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring their health and providing medication reminders. Your kind and patient demeanor will help create a comfortable and nurturing environment for our patients.

Previous experience as a Caregiver is not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, experience working with elderly individuals or individuals with disabilities would be an asset.

This is a non-live-in position, so no accommodation will be provided. However, we offer flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of our caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist elderly patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with patients to promote mental stimulation
- Accompany patients on outings or appointments as needed

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Compassionate and patient personality
- Ability to communicate effectively in basic English (reading/writing skills not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with elderly patients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo training if no previous experience
- Physically able to assist elderly patients with daily tasks
