Junior Florist
As a Junior Florist in Dubai, you will be responsible for assisting the lead florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for flowers and design.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead florist in designing and arranging floral displays for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.
- Help maintain the shop's inventory by organizing and restocking flowers, vases, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with the lead florist to come up with new and unique designs that appeal to clients.
- Take orders from customers and ensure timely delivery of arrangements.
- Assist with the setup and decoration of event venues.
- Keep track of customer preferences and feedback to improve future designs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a florist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create various arrangements.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends depending on event schedules.

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree or certification in floral design or related field.
- Familiarity with local flower suppliers in Dubai.
- Proficiency in Arabic language.

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located at our flower shop in Dubai. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
