Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify any repair or maintenance needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required
- Install new fixtures such as lights, faucets, and door handles
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas and outdoor spaces
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Good knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
- Must have own visa or residency permit (Iqama)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
