Surveyor - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land, as well as collecting and analyzing data to determine property boundaries and construction sites. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, and accommodation, free visa, and ticket will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones
- Analyzing survey data to create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Identifying property boundaries and resolving any boundary disputes
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Preparing legal documents such as deeds or easements related to land ownership or usage
- Inspecting construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurement calculations
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to land surveys in Saudi Arabia preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
