In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact location and measurements of various land features for construction or development projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing survey data and creating reports for project managers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Collect data on land features such as boundaries, elevations, and topographical characteristics
- Prepare detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of surveys
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey results
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of industry software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Trimble Business Center
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data accurately
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with project managers and other team members
