We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Jeddah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and manage employee performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create promotions and marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus and monitor food quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control principles
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and calmness
- Flexibility to work long hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required

Salary: 1400$ per month (tax-free)
City: Jeddah
