Experienced Baker in Sharjah, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs for different types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Bake items in the appropriate oven at the correct temperature and time
- Decorate and finish products with glaze, icing or toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure that all products are consistently high quality and visually appealing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Train new bakers on recipes, techniques, and company standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery is required
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality products
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy bags of ingredients
- Good communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Visa sponsorship available

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
