Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and meet company goals
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor performance of the sales team and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
- Identify potential new clients, build relationships, and close deals to generate new business opportunities
- Manage key accounts, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Salary: 1400$
Location: Dubai
Preference will be given to Indian candidates with proficiency in English. This is a full-time position but part-time options can be considered.
