Barista (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in El-Ain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso, and other beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and high-quality products
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Indian nationals preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: El-Ain (accommodation not provided)
