Job Title: Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager in Dar Kulaib, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from beginning to end. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of workers and contractors, as well as communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management. You should also have strong leadership skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

As this position is open to all nationalities, candidates with free visas and tickets are preferred. You must also have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Oversee the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other workers on site
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications
- Monitor progress to ensure that deadlines are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Review project plans for potential issues or conflicts
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
